ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Get the resource requisition form for vacant positions with approval from concerned HOD
- Design job ads and post on social media and Master Career Page
- Maintain a permanent CV Data base
- Shortlist suitable candidates for Interviews
- Schedule, conduct and coordinate interviews
- Make job offers and negotiate salary with selected candidates
- Lead orientation and onboarding of newly hired employees
- Liaise with different universities for recruitment purposes
- Prepare employee files of new joiners with all required documents
- Present recruitment statistics in the Monthly Management Review Meeting
- Ensure all positions are closed within allowed lead time
- Ensure compliance of recruitment policy in the hiring process
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Education: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â BBA / MBA in HR
Experience: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 03 to 04 Years
